Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla bean seeds.
Using the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series 5-Speed Cordless Hand Blender, blend the mixture until medium peaks form. Serve the whipped cream immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
