Spiralized Potato Chip Favors

Spiralized Potato Chip Favors

The holidays are almost upon us! Is anyone else as freaked out as I am about this? Where does the time go? In an effort to help you get a jump start on your holidays this year, I’ve got a fun idea for you. These flavored potato chip favors are perfect to give out to your dinner guests this holiday season.

Spiralized Potato Chip Favors

To make these, I made it really easy on myself and used the KitchenAid® Spiralizer Attachment for the Stand Mixer. I think you should too. But first things first, wash the potatoes.

Next, trim the ends of the potatoes to create a flat surface on each end for the Spiralizer. I used my Professional Series 7” Santoku Knife from the KitchenAid® 11pc Professional Series Cutlery Set. I love this thing in a big way.

Now my favorite part: spiralizing! This is so fun! Use the KitchenAid® Spiralizer Attachment to spiralize each potato.

Next, pull apart or slice each spiral into flat potato rounds. Using paper towels or a clean towel pat each round dry.

Place the potato rounds on a KitchenAid® Professional-Grade Nonstick Sheet Pan.
