This summer we brought one of the most exclusive culinary events in the world to you—the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen. For the first time ever, we shared exclusive recipes and expert tutorials from Michelin-starred Chef Chris Cosentino, and invited everyone to Have Dinner With Us on Facebook Live.
Layers of textures. Bold flavors. Surprising ingredients. The 3-course menu Chef created was delicious, sophisticated and challenging—but his brilliant tips and techniques made it all possible to pull off at home.
The first course Chef created was a Crushed Avocado and Pea Bruschetta with Mint and Cured Egg Yolk. Get the recipe and learn his techniques for infusing flavor every step of the way.
Next was the main event: Braised Lamb Shoulder with Clams, Pickled Chilies and Mint. This new take on surf & turf definitely did not disappoint. Check out the recipe, along with Chef’s brilliant tips for making the sauce and cleaning the clams.
And no dinner is complete without dessert. For the third and final course, Chef served his all-time favorite: Bay Leaf Panna Cotta with Strawberries, Balsamic and Black Pepper. Plus, he shared a tip on how to plate it like a pro. Watch it here and get the recipe.
