To make this recipe, brew a large cup of coffee in the Nespresso® by KitchenAid® machine. For this recipe, I recommend using the Nespresso® Ciocattino pod because it is infused with rich chocolate flavors.
Once the coffee is brewed, add the chopped chocolate to the cup. Stir to melt the chocolate. Chill coffee in the refrigerator until cold.
Once the coffee is chilled, remove from the refrigerator and pour into a glass with ice.
Add coconut milk to the coffee and serve immediately to enjoy a cup of fresh iced coffee.

Dark Chocolate Coconut Iced Coffee
Makes 1 serving
1 Nespresso® coffee pod
1 ounce dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1/3 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup ice cubes
To make the iced coffee, select a dark roast Nespresso® pod (like Ciocattino) and brew a large cup of coffee in your Nespresso® by KitchenAid® machine.
Once the coffee is brewed, add the chocolate to the cup of coffee. Stir to melt the chocolate. Chill the coffee in the refrigerator until cold. Remove from the refrigerator and pour over ice. Add coconut milk to the glass and serve immediately.
