
Bloody Mary Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 cup tomato juice
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 English cucumber, skin on, chopped
1/2 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
2 small ribbed celery, roughly chopped
1 slice red onion
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons vegan Worcestershire sauce
10 shakes of Tabasco sauce, plus more to taste
1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
1 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients in the blender jar of the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender. Secure the lid and set the Blender to the Adapti-Blend™ Smoothie program. Blend until machine turns itself off. Alternatively, blend for 40-60 seconds, starting on speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 10 or 11, until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
