Berry Breakfast Bowl

Makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

For the bowl

1 cup unsweetened almond or boxed coconut milk
3 1/2 ounce package frozen açaí, broken up
2 medium frozen sliced bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the toppings

1 cup halved fresh strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS

Place the milk, açaí, bananas, blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in the blender jar of the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender. Secure the lid and blend for 20-30 seconds, starting on speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 8 or 10. Be sure to use the Flex Edge tamper to guide the ingredients through the blades in the Blender. The mixture should have the consistency of sorbet.

Divide the mixture between two breakfast bowls, and top each bowl with half of the strawberries, raspberries, almonds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.

Serve immediately.
